- Currently enrolled Medicare suppliers must notify Medicare when adding and removing products and services via the the Medicare Enrollment Application (CMS-855S).

A bidder must have all applicable state licenses required to furnish all items in the product category in which it submits a bid. This requirement is a condition for awarding a contract. Please see the CBIC Licensure website for additional information.
- A bidder may not submit a bid for a CBA unless, as of the deadline for bid submission, the entity has:
- obtained a bid surety bond of $50,000, and
- provided the Secretary with proof of having obtained the bid surety bond for each CBA in which the entity submits its bid(s).
